Husqvarna Outdoor Products.

Has anybody seen the news where Husqvarna is having financial and part delivery problems? I wasn't sure what was happening either but parts have been taking up to two months for delivery. Now I know they have over extended themselves and the market has gone soft so they cutting personnel and operations.

I consider this not good news if it continues on the current path.

As far as their box store models, I thought they completely discontinued that several years ago and not making them any more, so perhaps they are also winding down their parts support (as warranties finally start expiring, they don't have to supply parts any more for them, no?)

I heard that they were keeping only the ZTRs, like you- years back. But yet they were still sold at Lowes even last year I think. HOP parts have been so spotty- even on code 1 / fast moving parts. I didn't know if it was just Gardner or what, just that it was going to "get better". Something else to look forward to this year.....

I'd be checking the machine's date codes....

Oh Gardner is fixing to get their behinds kicked out my shop. They got until 12 Noon here to get the problem they created yesterday straighten out.

Nothing but problems with them for the last three years with last year being the worst. Their website will give you one price then they will bill you a higher price. And they are starting off this year on the wrong foot yet again. Lying to me on the very first order don't get it and yesterday they re-entered an order I cancel last June trying to force me to take the parts. They may have good parts prices but the sales service is lousy so the aggravation isn't worth it.

I think of trying Medart.
